Every property is unique and we tailor where we focus our efforts based on what we see and what you tell us your main concern is.  Typically we treat around the house foundation, under the eves for bees, in the landscape for spiders, key spots in the lawn where kids and pets play, and also a barrier back into any wild areas of tall grass, woods, brush etc around the lawn.  It's the most complete spray we offer and it covers a lot of ground!

We custom made our bug spray machine for this one purpose and we've never seen another one like it.  Foggers are great for getting a fine mist on a large area but they can't spray up wind and they can't treat pinpoint spots like a wasp nest in the peak of a tall house.  Bigger sprayers cover a lot of area but they can't venture back into the woods where the kid's play house might be.  Our machine does all of this and more with pressures ranging from a small stream to get the wasp nest all the way up to a 3,000 psi fine mist.  We ride it around the property hitting all the key areas with the right method for each area.  That's how we can get such a wide range of areas in one visit, and save time which keeps the cost down too.

Every property is different and so are the bugs that invade them.  On average ticks are controlled for 2 months to a whole year.  Mosquitoes are more like 3 weeks to 3 months.  Those ranges are big - but so are the differences between each customer's property.  There are no guarantees for how long each spray lasts - but we do guarantee that we'll use the good stuff, we'll use the right amount of it, and we'll do the best job we can of applying it to the right spots.  We put an additive with our bug killer that helps it stick to surfaces like wax and that helps it last though much more rain than other sprays, but eventually it gets broken down in nature.

People and pets should not be in the area we are treating while we are there doing the treatment or right after it's done.  As soon as it's dry though they can be back out enjoying the outdoors.  It's usually dry in just 5 to 15 minutes, so not a long wait at all.

Most customers get their property sprayed on a recurring schedule, but you can get just a one time visit with us too.  That's a great way to see how it works for you and your property.  For those that want a recurring program you can get as many as 5 treatments done in a year or as few as one every spring, say to keep ticks out.  Each scheduled spray is about a month apart but most customers skip some because they last so long.  Other customers with bug allergies or LOTS of bugs want all 5 done.  It's 100% customizable to your situation.  Want just one spray in the spring and another in July?  That's not a problem with us!
